Most rehearsals occur at Crowne Plaza Executive Center, the conference hotel. This is also where all concerts take place.
A few rehearsals are scheduled at Embassy Suites and Holiday Inn. Both are within walking distance from the Crowne Plaza. Please check your child or student’s All-State Rehearsal Schedule for specific information.
Because of the number of parents and teachers making reservations, the blocks of rooms generally fill quickly. If these hotels are full, there are others nearby. Some of these are within walking distance of the conference hotel.

The LMEA block of 250 rooms will tentatively open at 9:00am on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 and close on November 1, 2023 or when the block is filled. Rooms in this block are $94.00 per room (plus all applicable taxes).
After the LMEA block of rooms is filled, rooms may not be available at this hotel. If additional rooms are available, they may not be at the LMEA price. After November 1, the price of any room (if available) is subject to change. Call the phone numbers provided above and identify yourself as an LMEA member/All-State participant.
Anyone reserving 3 or more rooms must fill out a Hotel Reservation Form. The completed form can be emailed to ssmith@executivecenterbr.com beginning on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Reservations will be taken in the order received – all emailed and faxed forms have a time stamp and will be filled according to that date/time. Reservations will not be accepted before the block opens.
