BAND – Episcopal School of Baton Rouge – Middle and Upper School Band Director
Description: The Episcopal School of Baton Rouge seeks a Middle and Upper School Band Director for the 2024-2025 academic year. The Band Director is an integral part of the Middle School, Upper School, and Visual and Performing Arts Department, a community of teachers who embrace the whole-child educational philosophy and help students develop confidence and skills in performance in a safe and supportive environment. This is a cross-divisional position that includes directing, managing, and leading a well-balanced Middle and Upper School program of instrumental music with a focus on performance, music appreciation, harmony, and theory. The Band Director also provides opportunities for students to perform for the school, the community, and at band competitions. This position is a ten-month full-time position with an annual renewal. The position begins on August 1st of each year.

BAND – Mansfield High School in DeSoto Parish has listed an opening for a band director position. The position includes teaching middle school and high school band. This is a small program, with 15 students in the high school program.
