2023 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
All conference registration is online. Payment can be made by credit, debit card, or check. If you are going through a school for payment, make sure to allow enough time to meet all deadlines.
Promotional Letter to School Administrators.
Teachers needing a letter of description and support for their administration should download the Promotional Letter to School Administrators.
Directors with All-State members MUST:
- Be LMEA Members
- Registration must be complete by November 1, 2023
- If paying by check, it must be postmarked by November 1, 2023

To register at the member price, you will need your LMEA membership number and expiration date.

* The postmark deadline for directors with All-State members and all early bird registrations paying by check is November 1, 2023.
** Anyone registering as an LMEA member, non-member, or college/university student and paying by check must allow enough time to ensure that their check is received by Monday, November 13, 2023. If you have a concern that your check will not be received by then, please register online and bring your check to the conference registration table.
*** LMEA members who were accepted into the Mentorship Program as a mentee by October 31, 2023, are eligible for a free conference register during their first year in the program.
